Wonderful helpful and friendly staff who always went the extra mile. Very comfortable beds and a superb location. I would definitely recommend to friends and would stay there again if visiting Istanbul.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is in an ideal location, just about 50 meters from the vibrant Istiklal Street, which made it super convenient for exploring the city’s highlights. The room was spotless and maintained daily, so I always came back to a fresh, tidy space. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to lend a hand with any questions or needs I had. Their warm hospitality really made a difference, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The breakfast was a bit hit or miss for me, but honestly, it didn’t affect my overall experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were especially noteworthy—kind, helpful, and incredibly attentive. They made me feel like I was at home with my relatives. Our standard double room was perfect. It was spotless, thanks to the diligent daily room service, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all my suitcases. We even had a convenient shelf in the room. However, it's worth noting that economy rooms do not have shelves. The bathroom was also excellent, meeting all our needs with ease.

Excellent location, loved the room layout, staff were exceptionally friendly! There is a 24 hour WhatsApp service and if you need absolutely anything you can WhatsApp the front desk and they reply immediately. Not sure why all hotels don’t do this. One night I couldn’t remember if I closed my room door and WhatsApp’d the hotel. Staff immediately went upstairs and not only checked but replied with a photo showing the locked door. Staff speak English pretty well and are always willing to help out with directions, attractions, and general “how do I do this in Istanbul” things.

Mustafa and team were incredibly friendly and helped with many things e.g. taxi in the early morning, advice on traveling to the Asian side, short notice spa appointments etc. Room was very modern and clean. The spa team was also very friendly, I can recommend the massage with Alice.

Great Hotel, comfy stylish rooms with everything you need. Don't expect a view though. The hotel is nestled into an alley. But the location in general is great. Metro is nearby, lots of coffee shops, shopping street Istiklal is around the corner, Taksim square 10min walking distance. The Pera district is one of the hipper neighborhoods, so everything around is a bit pricier than elsewhere. Oh and their restaurant right next door is excellent 👌!!!

1. The personnel was friendly, professional and always kind and eager to assist 24h/7. 2. The room was every day tidy and clean. The bed was also very comfortable and the applliances were in good working condition. 3. The restaurant (Pera Antakya) is of top quality hands down. 4. The location is next to Istiklal street, 10 minutes walk from Tophane T1 station and 7 minutes from Galata tower. Furthermore, there are plenty of bars in 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is on good location, in the city centre, two minutes walk to Istiklal street. Tram station is also close and you can take a walk to many attractions, eg. We walked to Dolmabahce palace about 30 min. I want to praise Mohamed, the receptionist guy, he was so helpful and nice, he gave us a lot of good advices what to see and where to eat. He is really the most valuable asset of this hotel.
